Land Art maintains a very strict policy in terms of privacy protection. Land Art guarantees that your personal information will never be disclosed to any third party; with the exception of your credit card company (during the transaction authorisation process) or in the event where required by law.
Land Art is committed to ensuring the security of the data it collects and to taking appropriate measures to ensure protection against loss, fraud and unwanted use of said data.
All transactions on the www.landart.ca Website are processed via a secure server equipped with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to prevent unauthorised access to data during the transfer process between your computer and the server. The presence of a “yellow lock” icon in the status bar at the bottom of your browser (on transaction pages) ensures and confirms the security of the page as well as the data transfer process.

- Accuracy of Information
Land Art takes all necessary measures to ensure that the information on its Website is accurate. However, it is possible that certain mistakes, display errors, inaccuracies, omissions and other types of errors may appear on occasion.
Product photos appearing on the site may differ slightly from actual products due to differences in colour representations generated by computer monitors. Product photos are provided as indications only.
Land Art may not be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information found on the site.
Land Art does not guarantee the availability of products and/or services presented on the Website, whether upon order or after an order has been placed. Land Art may cancel an order at any time or limit the availability of products and services purchased and/or for sale at its own discretion.
- Prices Listed on the Site
Quebec residents must add GST and QST to the prices listed on the site while all other Canadian residents must add GST to the prices indicated on the site.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
When placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount of your order (price of products, shipping costs and applicable taxes) as indicated on the site at the time of the order. You also agree to honour your contract with your financial institution (credit card issuer).
Canada shipping only.
Shipping costs are assumed entirely by the purchasing party.
All shipments are made via Canada Post and must be delivered to a postal address (street address); post office boxes are not accepted.
Depending on product availability, an order will be prepared for delivery in less than 5 working days. Land Art will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping supplier (Canada Post).
- Return Policies
Products may be returned or exchanged provided they are returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and an authorization number has been obtained from a Land Art online representative. The representative will also provide the address to which items must be returned.
Refund or exchange authorization:
Returned products must be intact and preferably in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice and the authorization number. Products whose freshness seal has been broken cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Delivery charges will not be refunded. Any risks incurred when returning a product will be assumed by the purchaser, unless the product is damaged or defective.
After the product returned by the purchaser has been verified, the entire sum for the product in question will be credited to the customer’s credit card, except for the delivery charge.
A refund or exchange authorization number can be obtained from a representative by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 450-929-1933 (Montreal and South Shore) or 1-800-445-0441 (outside Montreal).
- Limited Liability
In all cases, the height of Land Art’s liability resulting from the purchase and/or use of its products and/or services is limited to a refund of the purchase price.

All content on the www.landart.ca Website (text, logos, buttons, images, photos, icons, videos, audio clips, software, applications) are the exclusive property of Land Art, its suppliers and other entities from which Land Art has obtained appropriate usage rights. As such, reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden without expressed written consent from Land Art.

As a complement to the information included on its site, Land Art may provide links to other Websites. These sites are completely independent and are not associated with Land Art in any way. As such, Land Art may not be held responsible for other sites, their activities or their policies. If you choose to visit these sites and/or conduct business with the owners of said sites, you do so at your own risk. Land Art may not be held liable for any disputes resulting from the use of external sites.

Land Art may, at any time and at its own discretion, make changes to these policies without notice. These policies may not be modified by anyone other than Land Art.
- Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution
These policies are governed by the laws in the Province of Quebec, Canada, and by the applicable federal laws in Canada. Any disputes between the user and Land Art will be submitted before competent Quebec jurisdiction, in the district of Varennes, Quebec, Canada. All competencies provided and decisions rendered by the courts in matters relating to dispute resolution are exclusive and final.
